Compounding gives us the flexibilty to provide medications in many different forms to ensure our customers get the most from their doseages, similarly webster packs ensure the patient receives the correct medication at the correct time and we are able to monitor this closely.

Two of our staff are accredited to provide medication reviews, again ensuring our customers are getting the most from their health team.

Compounding

As a compounding Pharmacy we are able to make many individually customised medications for our clients. And our clients don't fit into the usual pharmacy customers. Through compounding we have helped many people receive their medication through altering flavour or color or route of administration. Where a patient may not be able to swallow a tablet we can "compound" this medication into a cream which can be rubbed into the skin, or a liquid.

As mentioned our patients fall outside the "traditional" with one of the worst "patients" for taking tablets CATS!. Cats are notoriously bad tablet takers and even hiding tablets in their usual food will often not fool them into taking the medication. Many drugs are absorbed through the skin and the cat's ear is very good at absorbing medications this way. AND there isn't a cat alive that doesn't enjoy having it's ears rubbed.
